Returns, Cancellations and Non-Delivery
If you're unhappy with your delivery then please contact us via email or telephone within seven working days after it's received. The items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order. We will refund the value of your order minus any discounts and delivery charges. Ensuring the safe return of the package and postage cost will be the responsibility of the customer. Breakages do occasionally happen. Please let us know straight away if there's anything broken and we'll refund you for the broken items.
Title is retained with Hop Buns & Black Ltd until payment in full is received, and until the customer takes final delivery of the goods.
We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute beers for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In this event, we will attempt to contact you first.
