Peach - Spice - Floral - Tannins - Funk

The winemaking process for this wine takes four months - maceration is done on the skins in stainless steel and/or cement tanks, with spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts before being aged in wooden tanks and in bottle. On the nose are powerful aromas of peach, spice and tea and a touch of the stable or barnyard; on the palate you'll find the same, along with floral notes, and a dry finish. No filtration and no added sulphur.

Grapes: Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, Trebbiano
