Radikon is one of the world's most sought after natural wine producers, with their sometimes extreme wines becoming cult classics. The name Jakot is a play on the Tocai (Tokaj) grape, a term that is no longer allowed to be used in Italy (now marketed as Friulano). This wine spends more than three months on skins and pours a rich orange, with notes of stone fruit and almonds. Jakot is one of Stanko Radikon's long macerated whites spending over 3 months on the skins.
