How do I get involved?
Joining is easy. Just click the Create An Account button to get started. Once you're registered, you'll be able to get involved in all of the ways we offer to earn HB&B Good Times online rewards.

How can I earn points?
Lots of ways! Click on the Earn Rewards tab, then 'Earn Points' to learn more.

What can I redeem my points on?
Click on the Earn Rewards tab, then 'Get Rewards' to view all of the Good Times online reward options.

How do I redeem my points?
Simple. Click on the Earn Rewards tab then 'Get Rewards' to view all of our reward options and click the 'Redeem' button to redeem your chosen reward. You'll then get sent a discount code to use at purchase.

How do I check my points balance?
Your up-to-date Points balance is always displayed on the top left of this pop-up.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?
Sign up is 100% free and up until 12 December as a Christmas bonus you'll get 100 points to start you off when you create an account (after that, 20 points). Visit the Earn Rewards tab to get started.

How long does it take for points to show up in my account?
Points are added when your order is fulfilled - i.e. shipped or picked up in store. This is to avoid any complications in case of refunds or changes to orders etc.

Do my points expire?
No. Your points never expire.

Can I use multiple discount codes at once?
Sorry, our Shopify software doesn't permit this.

What happens to my points if I return a purchase?
When you return an item or purchase, you also return the points you'd earned when you bought the item. Sorry!

Can I use my Online Points in store (or vice versa)?
Alas not right now. Currently our in-store Beer Miles and Online Rewards are two separate programmes.

I entered my birthday, but I haven't received my birthday discount code?
The Rewards software operates on US time so birthday discount codes are often sent in the afternoon UK time. The software also has a built-in anti-fraud measure which means birthday rewards won't be granted if the birthday falls within 30 days of signing up. (The software designers found that a lot of customers entered fake birthdays in order to receive their reward faster.) If you think you've been affected by this and feel hard done by, please email us at with proof of your birthday date. 

I referred a friend who placed an order but I haven't received any reward?
Your friend needs to a) be a new customer, b) create an online account and c) spend £30 *excluding* shipping. If they did this and you still didn't receive any rewards points, please email us.

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?
Alas no. You need to have earned enough points to redeem the awards you see listed on the 'Get Rewards' tab.
